Super easy to use

I tried the free plan for a bit and then upgraded to the Pro plan. It was really straightforward. I just wanted to record my meetings and get transcripts, and it did exactly that. Super helpful for when I miss something in a call.

Helpful, but small issue

I used Fireflies for transcribing some interviews, and overall it was really good. The automated transcription was mostly accurate, and the search feature for meeting notes was useful. One small thing, sometimes the speaker identification got a little mixed up in longer conversations, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. Customer service was quick to respond when I had a question about an integration, which was nice.

Comprehensive meeting assistant

My experience with Fireflies.ai started with the free trial to test out the basic features for internal team meetings. The setup was simple, connecting it to Google Meet took just a few clicks. I upgraded to the Business plan after a week, primarily for the CRM integration and team workspaces. The automated recording and transcription worked flawlessly across several 60-minute meetings. The meeting summaries were surprisingly accurate, hitting the main points every time. I also used the AskFred AI assistant a couple of times to pull out specific action items, and it saved me from re-listening to parts of the call. I even tested the video screen capture once, and it captured what was shared on screen without issue. Delivery of transcripts was usually within 10-15 minutes after the meeting ended. This tool has definitely streamlined our follow-up process.

Good value for annual plan

I signed up for the annual subscription for the Business plan after checking out some other options. I liked that they automatically gave a discount for paying yearly. It definitely feels like I'm getting a lot for what I paid, especially with all the integration options. Saved me a good chunk of money.
